英语启蒙家庭日常对话手册

给爸妈的使用指南

三岁孩子学语言靠的是"大量重复 + 真实场景 + 愉快氛围"，而不是背单词。下面几条原则，比背下全部句子更重要。

固定场景说固定的话：每次起床都说 "Good morning"，重复百遍后孩子会自然吸收。爸妈先挑 2-3 个场景开始，背熟了再增加。
只示范，不纠错：孩子说错了不要说"不对"，只要用正确的句子自然地重复一遍即可。比如孩子说 "I want milk"，你就回应 "Oh, you want milk. Here you are."
用选择题代替问答题："Do you want the red cup or the blue cup?" 比 "What do you want?" 更容易让孩子开口。
等三秒：问完问题耐心等 3 秒，给孩子反应和开口的时间，不要替他说完。
边说边做动作：说 stretch 就伸懒腰，说 hug 就张开手臂，孩子靠动作理解语言。
语速放慢、语调夸张：像演绘本一样说话，孩子更爱听。
听懂就算数：这个阶段"听得懂"是主要目标，"愿意说"是水到渠成的结果，不强迫输出。

每个场景包含四部分：爸妈对话（爸妈互相对话，日常直接用）、引导宝宝开口（对宝宝说的话，含宝宝回应示范）、核心词汇（该场景高频词）、补充词汇与短句（进阶积累，核心部分背熟后再用）。

01起床 Waking Up

引导要点：每天用固定的"起床三步曲"——问早安、伸懒腰、数三下起床，形成仪式感。

引导要点：把如厕流程编成固定口令——脱裤子、坐马桶、冲水、洗手，每步都配英语短句。
